I’m Mike Beadle, I’ve been in the fitness world now for 15 years, 10 of those years I served in the British Army as a physical training instructor. FAQ's

How does online training work?


First, I develop an understanding of who and where you are in your fitness journey. You get access to my online training platform on TrueCoach where I set out nutrition plans, meal plans, check-in points and provide support in the app as well as exclusive WhatsApp access to me.

You'll receive step-by-step guides and 'How To' videos to help set you up, ready to go.




What happens after I sign up?


Once you sign-up, you'll be directed to complete a form to get some specifics from you to get you enrolled. Then we'll need to book a 15-min call with each other so I can get to know you a little better.

After that, I can begin to design your diet and training programs. It will take between 48-72 hours to design your personalized diet and training programs.




How do you track clients progress?


Once you're set-up, you'll be live on my TrueCoach. I'll set check-in dates to receive specific measurements pictures and other metrics to track your progress.




Do I really get 24/7 WhatsApp support?


Yes. You'll have exclusive access to me on Whatsapp giving you full support 24/7 and keeping you 100% accountable.




Do I get a meal plan?


Yes. Your meal plans will be set out and uploaded onto TrueCoach. This will be tailored specifically to you.

Each month you’ll also get access to my Transformation Cookbook that includes 30 super tasty recipes.




Do I need to track my food?


Yes. But only initially for the first two weeks so that you get an idea of portion sizes and calories.

During this time, you'll get access to specific Nutritional videos to equip you with the knowledge you need to sustain life-long results.

You'll need to download MyFitnessPal that I mention in your Welcome Pack. This will help you track your meals and make decisions after you've learnt enough from me about Nutrition.




Do I need access to a gym?


Access to a gym is needed as your plan will be designed for you based on equipment in a gym such as machines and free weights.




Do you help me with my injuries?


As this is an online service, I’m not in a position to diagnose injuries. I would advise that you get in person advise on any injuries before starting your training program. Medical advice is not a part of my service. To be clear, although my training programs work toward optimal health, they are not intended as a replacement for personalized medical advice.




What if I have a specific medial condition?


Despite my expertise, there are certain medical conditions that I CANNOT work with and will refer to a medical specialist in person for some clients. I would love to be able to help everybody that reaches out to me, but unfortunately, I cannot and will have to refer to your local medical provider in certain instances. If you have any questions about a specific medical condition, please contact me to find out more.
